Complete body sculpting using a variety of equipment to challenge every muscle in the body. Starting with warm-up followed by resistance training, abs and cool down. This class is suitable for all levels.

YOGA

A relaxing way to release stress from mind and body while at the same time giving your body overall strength, balance and lengthening workout. All fitness levels welcome.

BODY BLAST – STEPHANIE

A total body workout combining hi-lo cardio with functional strength conditioning. We’ll use hand weights, and Body bars but NO STEPS!!

CARDIO PLUS – PAULETTE

High-energy cardio workout, alternating weekly between hi/lo aerobics, interval training and cardio ball workout. With the combination of old-fashioned aerobics or interval/plyometrics or lower body exercises, all classes are cardio energy to raise your heart rate. Each participant works at his or her own fitness level.
